Terms & Condition

Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session or event date. The remaining balance is due by the date of the session or as otherwise agreed. Dates are not considered booked until the deposit is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide as much notice as possible. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session at the photographer’s discretion. Erin Lewis Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Turnaround Time & Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered via a secure online gallery within 2–4 weeks (or as agreed upon in writing). Image selection and editing are solely at the photographer’s discretion, and only final edited images will be delivered.

Copyright & Usage

All images remain the copyright of Erin Lewis Photography. Clients receive a personal-use license, which allows printing and sharing for personal, non-commercial purposes. Images may not be altered, resold, or used commercially without prior written consent.

The photographer retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for securing necessary permissions (e.g., venue access, permits) and for ensuring all participants understand the nature of the session. Cooperation and punctuality are essential to maximize your experience.

Image Integrity

Edits and color grading are done in line with the photographer’s style and vision. RAW files or unedited images are not provided.

Agreement

By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Custom agreements may be created for weddings and commercial work.
