Delivery & Return
Once your session is complete, the real magic begins. This section outlines how and when you'll receive your final images or physical products, along with the return policies for printed items. I take great care in ensuring every photo and product meets the highest standards — because your memories deserve nothing less. Whether you're downloading your gallery or unboxing a custom album, here's everything you need to know.
Image Delivery
Final edited images are delivered digitally via a secure online gallery. Delivery typically occurs within 2 to 4 weeks of the session date, depending on the nature of the project. Clients will receive high-resolution files suitable for printing, along with web-optimized versions for sharing online.

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons.
Only professionally edited images are delivered. RAW or unedited files are not included.
Prints & Physical Products
If prints, albums, or other physical products are ordered, estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout or upon confirmation. All physical products are carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure quality.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and artistic nature of photography, all digital image sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be offered once images have been delivered.
For physical items (e.g., prints, albums), returns are only accepted in the case of damage during shipping or if the product received differs from what was ordered. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof so we can arrange a replacement.
